Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders take 2–7 business days to produce, then 3–7 business days to ship. Total delivery is typically 5–14 business days from order date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 ship free within the US. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since everything is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing or preference. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it — just email us within 30 days with a photo.
Where are your products made?
All products are printed and shipped by Printful, our US-based print-on-demand partner. Most orders ship from within the United States.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually started and we can't make changes. Contact us via our contact form ASAP if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're US-only for now. International shipping is coming soon!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify's secure checkout.
My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created. If it's been more than 5 business days with no movement, contact us via our contact form.
