Because every ClutchMeme product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.
When We'll Make It Right
We will replace or refund your order at no cost if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The print quality is poor or significantly different from what was shown
- You received the wrong item
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Contact us via our contact form within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We'll review and respond within 2–3 business days
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Sizing Issues
We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. We cannot accept returns due to sizing, but reach out and we'll do our best to help.
